Great staff! They were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. Plus, the free bike rental was a huge perk that allowed us to explore the city on our own. The complimentary breakfast was also amazing, with lots of delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.
We did experience some undercooked meat during our stay that led to some stomach troubles. We also noticed a few other guests who seemed to be unwell, which was a bit concerning.

The hotel was located on a slippery pathway that could be dangerous, especially if it was raining.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of a bustling city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The attention to detail was evident in the spotlessly clean room, complete with all the basic amenities I needed. The comfortable blankets made for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and a bustling local area. I also enjoyed the breakfast on the roof, which offered a good view of the surroundings. I especially appreciated the option of having brown bread, catering to different guests' preferences.

We had the most comfortable stay at this hotel in. The room was spacious and clean, with good Wi-Fi. The hotel staff spoke good English and were always willing to help us with transport and local recommendations. The buffet breakfast included various options with excellent black coffee. The location was great, as it was walking distance to the city centre and quite close to the royal palace.
Nothing all excellent.
